My mum is a super talented designer, and occasionally I find things from her days at university hidden on the bookshelves, which I generally nab. She's stitched in various samples of vintage & antique crochet lace trims into this little exercise book, and I hope these pictures let you imagine the texture and shading of the paper, the ageing and sun-fading of the colours, and the beautiful scarlet.
